For half of my life, I believed success came from relentless productivity, a path that ultimately ended in burnout & chronic illness.
Forced to find a different path, I returned to school for psychology. I hoped studying something I was actually passionate about would give me a fresh start.
However, I couldn't help but fall back into that intense, factory-like approach for my studies.
Despite graduating with honors, I was once again completely broken both physically and mentally.
I graduated just two months before Covid hit, so I had more than enough time to rest.
It was during that time that I discovered digital gardening.
I found joy in my work again when I finally let go of the factory mindset and began treating my mind as a garden to be cultivated rather than a factory to be optimized.
You can begin planting the first seeds in your own mind garden with my free Grow Your Mind Starter Kit.
